Touch Of Whimsy

Something a bit uncharacteristically dark for me. Mostly, I was just playing skull girls and got inspired.

Had a stressful rehearsal, and I need to relax a bit with something fun, so I’ll be coloring this horrible abomination of a card I drew during practice. Be warned, there be shoujo ahead.

I took that silly Monster generator challenge from tumblr. I got:

Kind cyclops girl who wears a suit and hates hardware.

Proud griffin boy who wears headphones and loves goat.

Scintillating pig girl who wear’s 50s fashion and loves subway.

I’m thinking of trading them at my next local art swap. And I may do more of these later.

An assignment; idea was to add fantastical elements to feet. failed in the fantastical, but sucessful in anatomy study.

Starting January, I’m going to be working on this job/project and college apps/portfolio work, so free time will be a rarity for me.

Since I have this little window of opportunity and am in need of some money, I’m opening commissions up (for a limited time only). I don’t really plan on having many jobs here, but I’d like to cover a bit of my expenses for college apps.

6”X 9”, one to three characters:  20-30 dollars

 

9”x12”, one to three characters, simple background: 35-50 dollars

9”x12”, one to three characters, complex background: 45-65 dollars

Comic pages (9”x12”): grayscale/monotone: 25-35 dollars
                                    Fullcolor: 45-60 dollars

Journals (3.5x7): 12-20 dollars

 

I will draw anything save hardcore porn (nudity/ fetish are fine)

I’ll take from three to five commissioners, depending on the complexity of the commissions. I’m also free to doing other formats, just ask.
